One pilot, built to be repeated
We are developing a single project first and documenting it well enough that provincial partners, buyers, and funders can each check it. Expansion is gated on the pilot's measured results, not on ambition.

Pipeline
What follows the pilot, and what has to be true first.
Pilot, 50 hectares
Feasibility, land, planting, monitoring plots, and validation. This phase produces the survival and growth data everything else depends on.
Expansion, 500 hectares
Triggered only by a passed 24-month pilot review, a first verified issuance, and a signed offtake agreement. Additional sites in the same ecological zone, using the validated design.
Scale, 5,000+ hectares
Multiple sites across Punjab's ecological zones, each with its own tenure, baseline, and monitoring plots, grouped under the same programme and standard.
