1. Who is responsible
Pakistan Carbon Reserve (Private) Limited, CUIN 0354079, registered office in Islamabad, Pakistan, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Contact us through the contact form or at contact@pakistancarbonreserve.org for any privacy question.
2. What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, organisation if you give it, the interest category you select, and your message. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics that identify you. The website stores nothing about you in your browser beyond what is needed to display the page.
3. Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry, to continue a conversation you have started, and, if you ask for updates, to send you milestone updates about the company's projects. We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Who processes it
The contact form is handled on our own web server, which sends your submission to our company mailbox and, if you gave an email address, a short acknowledgement to you. The server does not store your submission. Our web hosting and email are provided by third-party providers. We choose providers with published privacy commitments and do not share your data with anyone else except where the law requires.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and for up to three years afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you return. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
6. International transfers
Because our hosting and email providers operate internationally, your submission may be stored outside Pakistan, including in the European Union or the United States. We rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards for those transfers.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending you updates. Contact us through the form or at contact@pakistancarbonreserve.org and we will act on the request within a month. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.
